In Thursday's league contest, the Harrison County Thorobreds (Cynthiana, KY) softball team overwhelmed the host Robertson County Black Devils (Mt. Olivet, KY), by a margin of 18-0.

With the triumph, Harrison County moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Thorobreds travel to Assumption (Louisville, KY) to play the Rockets in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 16. The Rockets come into the contest with a record of 3-1. Assumption lost 14-12 in their recent non-league contest against Lafayette (Lexington, KY)

In their next game, the Black Devils play the Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, March 20. Robertson County will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
