With the triumph, La Mirada moves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Matadores host Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league game on Saturday, March 16. The Titans come into the game with a record of 6-2. Tesoro won 8-6 in their recent non-league game against Beckman (Irvine, CA)

In their next game, the Lancers clash with the West Covina Bulldogs (West Covina, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 16. Norwalk will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 2-7 record after their 19-4 league loss to Charter Oak (Covina, CA).
