Kentucky High School Softball - Stewart County bounces Murray

March 14, 2024: Murray, KY 42071

The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Stewart County Rebels (Dover, TN) and the host Murray Tigers (Murray, KY), saw Stewart County's softball squad achieve victory over Murray by a count of 14-1.

The Rebels now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host McEwen for a non-league match on Friday, March 15. Stewart County will face a Warriors squad coming off a 19-13 non-league win over Hickman County (Centerville, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Murray falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY) to face the Storm in a non-league match on Saturday, March 16. The Storm enter the match with a record of 2-2.
