The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Silliman Institute Wildcats (Clinton, LA) and the host Adams County Christian Rebels (Natchez, MS), saw Silliman Institute's baseball team gain a win over Adams County Christian by a count of 15-7.

The Wildcats now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilkinson County Christian Academy for a non-league test on Monday, March 17. Silliman Institute will clash with a Rams team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Centreville Academy (Centreville, MS). The Rams record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Adams County Christian drops to 7-2 on the year. The Rebels host Porter's Chapel Academy (Vicksburg, MS) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, March 17. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-5. Porter's Chapel Academy lost 10-1 in their recent non-league test against Briarfield Academy (Lake Providence, LA)
