The Colleyville Heritage Panthers baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Grapevine Mustangs to 2 in the Panthers league win on Friday.

The Panthers now hold a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Ridge for a non-league test on Saturday, March 22.

With the defeat, Grapevine drops to 12-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Argyle (Argyle, TX) to play the Eagles in a 5A Region I District 7 test on Tuesday, March 18. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 7-3. Argyle won 7-2 in their recent league test against Richland (North Richland Hills, TX)
