North Carolina High School Baseball - Freedom Christian Academy wallops The O'Neal School

The Freedom Christian Academy Patriots (Fayetteville, NC) baseball trounced the visiting The O'Neal School Falcons (Southern Pines, NC), 17-1 in Friday's league challenge.

The Patriots now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wilmington Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 17. Freedom Christian Academy will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 12-4 non-league loss to North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 3-6.

With the defeat, The O'Neal School drops to 1-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to Village Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to clash with the Knights in a NCISAA Sandhills challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Village Christian Academy won 8-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC)
