North Carolina High School Baseball - Manteo loses to Holmes

Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Manteo Redskins (Manteo, NC), 7-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Holmes moves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Aces host Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC) to battle the Eagles in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A match on Tuesday, March 18. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 0-3. Northeastern lost 15-6 in their recent league match against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC)

The Redskins now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host First Flight for a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A match on Tuesday, March 18. Manteo will battle a Nighthawks squad coming off a 15-6 league win over Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 4-2.
