North Carolina High School Baseball - Voyager Academy defeats Oxford Prep

March 14, 2025: Oxford, NC 27565

The Voyager Academy Vikings baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host Oxford Prep Griffins to 1 in the Vikings league win on Friday.

The Vikings now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Roxboro Community for a Triangle North 1A test on Tuesday, March 18. Voyager Academy will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Oxford Prep drops to 3-2 on the year. The Griffins host Vance Charter (Henderson, NC) to play the Knights in a Triangle North 1A test on Tuesday, March 18. The Knights go into the test with a record of 2-3.
