The Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) baseball the host Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM), 8-5 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Bloomfield for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 18. Taos will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-1.
With the defeat, Valencia drops to 4-4 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Bernalillo won 10-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM)
