In Friday's non-league test, the Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Riverside-Durham Pirates (Durham, NC), by a count of 18-3.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Garner Trojans (Garner, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 18. Sanderson will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Trojans enter the test with a 1-0 record after their 12-9 non-league win over Rolesville (Rolesville, NC).

The Pirates (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Hawks enter the DC 6/N. Lakes Athletic/Central/Mid-Carolina test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Seaforth was overwhelmed by Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC), 20-7, in a league test.
