Crestwood Knights (Sumter, SC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC), 7-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Crestwood moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Wilson (Florence, SC) to clash with the Tigers in a AAAA Region 5 test on Tuesday, March 18. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-1.

The Diamond Hornets now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hartsville for a AAAA Region 5 test on Tuesday, March 18. Lower Richland will clash with a Red Foxes team coming off a 11-0 league win over Wilson (Florence, SC). The Red Foxes record now stands at 4-1.
