In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Dodge County Indians soccer squad scored a tight 4-3 win over the Metter Tigers.
The Indians (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against East Laurens (East Dublin, GA). The Falcons enter the 1A D-I Region 2 outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, East Laurens was edged by Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Portal Panthers (Portal, GA) in a 1A D-II Region 3 outing, on Tuesday, March 18. Metter will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 6-2 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Bulloch Academy (Statesboro, GA).
