Georgia High School Soccer - Pike County nudges Morgan County

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Pike County Pirates soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Morgan County Bulldogs.
The Pirates (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Callaway (Hogansville, GA). The Cavaliers go into the 2A Region 2 challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Callaway nudged Westside (Macon, GA), 12-5, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Morgan County moves to 4-2 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Jackson (Jackson, GA) to encounter the Red Devils in a 2A Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Red Devils go into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Jackson won 7-2 in their recent league challenge against Westside (Macon, GA)
