The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders (Bamberg, SC) and the host Barnwell Warhorses (Barnwell, SC), observed Bamberg-Ehrhardt's softball team get by Barnwell by a tally of 3-0.

The Red Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Silver Bluff (Aiken, SC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Silver Bluff tipped Newberry (Newberry, SC), 12-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Warhorses clash with the Bridges Prep Buccaneers (Beaufort, SC) in a AA Region 5 bout, on Tuesday, March 18. Barnwell will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 25-3 league win over Whale Branch (Beaufort, SC).
