North Carolina High School Softball - Grimsley succumbs to Ragsdale

In Friday's league test, the Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC), by a tally of 13-1.

Next, the Tigers meet the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro 4A test, on Tuesday, March 18. Ragsdale will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 3-5 record after their 12-4 league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).

The Whirlies (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC). The Cowboys go into the Metro 4A test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Southwest Guilford was routed by Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 14-7, in a league test.
