In Friday's league test, the Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host Warren Warriors (Warren, TX), by a count of 17-0.

Next, the Bobcats meet the Buna Cougars (Buna, TX) in a 3A Region III District 22 test, on Tuesday, March 18. Orangefield will attempt to upgrade on its 17-4 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 2-8 record after their 10-0 league loss to Kirbyville (Kirbyville, TX).

The Warriors (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Hardin (Hardin, TX). The Hornets go into the 3A Region III District 22 test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Hardin was routed by Kountze (Kountze, TX), 7-6, in a league test.
