North Carolina High School Baseball - Butler loses to Providence

March 15, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28270

The Providence Panthers crushed the visiting Butler Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 15-4 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marvin Ridge for a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 16. Providence will face a Mavericks team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Carmel Christian (Matthews, NC). The Mavericks record now stands at 4-1.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 17. Butler will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Parkwood (Monroe, NC).
