The Highland Scots baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Tehachapi Warriors to 3 in the Scots non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Scots (2-6) will now prepare for their match against North (Bakersfield, CA). The Stars go into the Southeast Yosemite challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, North was overwhelmed by Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

With the defeat, Tehachapi falls to 2-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA) to battle the Wolf Pack in a South Yosemite challenge on Friday, March 18. The Wolf Pack come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Ridgeview won 7-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Garces Memorial (Bakersfield, CA)
