The Cooper City Cowboys lacrosse team scored 16 points and held the visiting Flanagan Falcons to 6 in the Cowboys league win on Tuesday.
The Cowboys (5-8) will now prepare for their game against American Heritage (Plantation, FL). The Patriots go into the non-league game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, American Heritage prevailed over North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL), 22-2, in a non-league game.
The Falcons (0-6) will now prepare for their game against West Broward (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Bobcats go into the 2A D16 game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, West Broward was overwhelmed by Palmetto (Miami, FL), 6-3, in a non-league game.
