Athens Academy Spartans (Athens, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host George Walton Academy Bulldogs (Monroe, GA), 10-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans confront the Lakeview Academy Lions (Gainesville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 16. Athens Academy will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 10-0 league win over Mount Pisgah Christian (Johns Creek, GA).

The Bulldogs now have a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Prince Avenue Christian for a A Private Area 8 challenge on Monday, March 21.
