In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Southwest Onslow Stallions soccer squad scored a good 9-0 win over the James Kenan Tigers.
The Stallions (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pender (Burgaw, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Pender was overwhelmed by Union (Rose Hill, NC), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Bulldogs go into the East Central 2A battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Wallace-Rose Hill was overwhelmed by East Duplin (Beulaville, NC), 5-1, in a league battle.
