The Hatton Hornets softball team scored 21 runs and limited the host Lexington Golden Bears to 3 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Hatton moves its record to 13-9 on the year. The Hornets travel to Wilson (Florence, AL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, March 19. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 4-4.
In their next game, the Golden Bears clash with the Deshler Tigers (Tuscumbia, AL) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 18. Lexington will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
