The Ashley Screaming Eagle lacrosse team scored 18 points and held the visiting South Brunswick Cougars to 1 in the Screaming Eagle league win on Tuesday.
The Screaming Eagle (4-0) will now prepare for their game against West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Trojans go into the Mideastern game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, West Brunswick was overwhelmed by Hoggard (Wilmington, NC), 18-0, in a league game.
The Cougars (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Buccaneers go into the Mideastern game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Laney prevailed over North Brunswick (Leland, NC), 15-2, in a league game.
