Texas High School Softball - Abernathy holds off Tulia

The Abernathy Antelopes the host Tulia Hornets softball squad by a count of 14-12 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Antelopes (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Childress (Childress, TX). The Bobcats go into the 3A Region I District 2 battle with a 3-6 record.

The Hornets now sport a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Slaton for a 3A Region I District 2 battle on Tuesday, March 22. Tulia will meet a Tigers team coming off a 19-0 league loss to Idalou (Idalou, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-8.
