California High School Softball - Mayfair holds off Bellflower

The Mayfair Monsoons the host Bellflower Buccaneers softball squad by a final score of 6-4 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Monsoons (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Fullerton (Fullerton, CA). The Indians go into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Fullerton nudged Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA), 12-6, in a non-league battle.

The Buccaneers now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Buena Park for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 17. Bellflower will meet a Coyotes squad coming off a 14-1 non-league win over Valencia (Placentia, CA). The Coyotes record now stands at 11-2.
