California High School Softball - El Segundo bounces Palos Verdes

March 15, 2022: Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274

El Segundo Eagles (El Segundo, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA), 20-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Redondo Union for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 16. El Segundo will battle a Sea Hawks squad coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Carson (Carson, CA). The Sea Hawks record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, Palos Verdes falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Sea kings travel to Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA) to battle the Vikings in a Bay challenge on Friday, March 18. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 5-5. Santa Monica won 8-6 in their recent league game against Culver City (Culver City, CA)
