The Williston-Elko Blue Devils softball team scored 22 runs and limited the visiting Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Trojans to 0 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Williston-Elko improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Blue Devils host Aiken (Aiken, SC) to clash with the Fighting Green Hornets in a non-league game on Thursday, March 17. The Fighting Green Hornets come into the game with a record of 1-2. Aiken lost 18-6 in their recent league outing against South Aiken (Aiken, SC)
The Trojans (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against Calhoun County (St. Matthews, SC). The Saints enter the A Region 3 outing with a 0-4 record.
