Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas (Pharr, TX), 13-4 in a league challenge.

The Rattlers now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Pioneer for a 5A Region IV District 31 challenge on Tuesday, March 22. Sharyland will face a Diamondbacks squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Rowe (McAllen, TX). The Diamondbacks record now stands at 13-8.

With the loss, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Javelinas travel to McAllen (McAllen, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a 5A Region IV District 31 challenge on Tuesday, March 22. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 2-4.
