The South Gwinnett Comets baseball team (Snellville, GA), was overwhelmed 19-3 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Archer Tigers (Lawrenceville, GA)
The Tigers now hold a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loganville for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 18. Archer will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 8-6.
Next, the Comets confront the Parkview Panthers (Lilburn, GA) in a 7A Area 4 outing, on Monday, March 20. South Gwinnett will attempt to advance on its 1-9 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 9-3 record after their 6-1 league win over Grayson (Loganville, GA).
