The Rosemead Panthers held off the visiting South El Monte Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Wednesday's league test.
The Panthers now have a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gabrielino for a test on Friday, March 17. Rosemead will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Marshall (Pasadena, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
The Eagles (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Mountain View (El Monte, CA). The Vikings enter the test with a 0-0 record.
