The Santa Margarita Eagles volleyball team (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Orange Lutheran Lancers (Orange, CA)

The Lancers (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Servite (Anaheim, CA). The Friars enter the Trinity challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Servite defeated St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the JSerra Catholic Lions (San Juan Capistrano, CA) in a Trinity challenge, on Friday, March 17. Santa Margarita will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA).
