Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Aptos Mariners (Aptos, CA), 5-4 in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Los Altos for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 21. Valley Christian will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Mariners clash with the Los Gatos Wildcats (Los Gatos, CA) in a battle, on Friday, March 17. Aptos will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 15-5 league loss to Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA).
