The Ledford Panthers softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Southeast Guilford Falcons to 4 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Ledford moves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Panthers host Central Davidson (Lexington, NC) to clash with the Spartans in a Mid-Piedmont 3A game on Thursday, March 16. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 1-4. Central Davidson lost 13-0 in their recent non-league game against Montour (McKees Rocks, PA)

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) in a Metro 4A game, on Friday, March 17. Southeast Guilford will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Cowboys come into the game with a 3-3 record after their 15-1 league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
