Fort Cobb-Broxton Mustangs (Fort Cobb, OK) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their baseball team nip the visiting Granite (Granite, OK), 7-6 in a non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Millard West for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 21. Fort Cobb-Broxton will face a Wildcats team coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Omaha Westside (Omaha, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-0.
Next, the face the Sayre Eagles (Sayre, OK) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 16. Granite will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Arnett (Arnett, OK).
