North Carolina High School Baseball - Martin County loses to Roanoke Rapids

The Roanoke Rapids Yellowjackets baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Martin County Knights to 7 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Friday.
The Yellowjackets (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Nash Central (Rocky Mount, NC). The Bulldogs go into the The Big East 2A/3A match with a 5-4 record.
The Knights (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Gates County (Gatesville, NC). The Red Barons go into the Four Rivers 1A match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Gates County by Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC), 6-2, in a non-league match.
