California High School Volleyball - Thousand Oaks tips Westlake

March 15, 2024: Thousand Oaks, CA 91360

Thousand Oaks Lancers (Thousand Oaks, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Lancers battle the Newbury Park Panthers (Newbury Park, CA) in a Marmonte match, on Wednesday, March 20. Thousand Oaks will attempt to advance on its 5-8 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 6-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Windward (Los Angeles, CA).

With the loss, Westlake drops to 4-7 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA) to battle the Highlanders in a non-league match on Saturday, March 16. The Highlanders come into the match with a record of 7-5. Granada Hills Charter won 3-0 in their recent league match against Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA)
