The crowd at Friday's league test between the Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA) and the host North Paulding Wolfpack (Dallas, GA), saw Hillgrove's soccer squad get by North Paulding by a count of 2-1.
The Hawks now hold a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Marietta for a 7A Region 3 test on Tuesday, March 19. Hillgrove will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 3-0 league win over McEachern (Powder Springs, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, North Paulding drops to 6-3 on the season. The Wolfpack host Harrison (Kennesaw, GA) to meet the Hoyas in a 7A Region 3 test on Tuesday, March 19. The Hoyas come into the test with a record of 11-1. Harrison lost 4-1 in their recent league test against Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA)
