Boardman Spartans (Youngstown, OH) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Southeast Pirates (Ravenna, OH), 14-2 in a non-league battle.

The Spartans now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cardinal Mooney for a non-league battle on Monday, March 18.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Kent, OH) in a Region 6 battle, on Monday, March 18. Southeast will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Rough Riders come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Orange (Pepper Pike, OH).
