North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Cary overwhelms Watauga

The Cary Imps triumphed over the host Watauga Pioneers lacrosse team by a score of 11-5 in Friday's non-league match.

With the win, Cary upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Imps host Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC) to play the Golden Hawks in a Southwest Wake match on Tuesday, March 19. The Golden Hawks go into the match with a record of 4-2. Holly Springs lost 9-8 in their recent league match against Green Level (Cary, NC)

With the defeat, Watauga drops to 2-5 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC) to play the Pirates in a non-league match on Saturday, March 16. The Pirates go into the match with a record of 4-2. Riverside-Durham won 12-6 in their recent non-league match against Voyager (Durham, NC)
