The Poly Bears the visiting Heritage Patriots softball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's league battle.

The Bears (18-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hemet (Hemet, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Ivy battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, Hemet nudged Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA), 14-3, in a non-league battle.

The Patriots now possess a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Valley View for a Ivy battle on Wednesday, March 20. Heritage will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Citrus Valley (Redlands, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-0.
