The Red Bay Tigers (Red Bay, AL) baseball trounced the visiting East Lawrence Eagles (Trinity, AL), 9-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Hope for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 17. Red Bay will clash with a Indians team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Bayside Academy (Daphne, AL). The Indians record now stands at 7-7.
With the defeat, East Lawrence drops to 2-13 on the year. The Eagles travel to West Morgan (Trinity, AL) to clash with the Rebels in a 4A Area 13 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Rebels go into the challenge with a record of 6-10. West Morgan lost 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Athens (Athens, AL)
