In Saturday's non-league game, the host Locust Grove Pirates baseball team scored a nice 16-6 victory over the Nathan Hale Rangers.
The Pirates (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 2-6 record.
Next up, the Rangers encounter the Will Rogers College Ropers (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 17. Nathan Hale will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Ropers enter the bout with a 2-8 record after their 14-8 non-league loss to Summit Christian Academy (Broken Arrow, OK).
