The Mt. Carmel Sundevils volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host La Jolla Vikings to 1 in the Sundevils non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Sundevils now have a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Canyon Crest Academy for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 15. Mt. Carmel will play a Ravens team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Del Norte (San Diego, CA). The Ravens record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, La Jolla drops to 9-14 on the campaign. The Vikings host University City (San Diego, CA) to play the Centurions in a non-league outing on Saturday, March 15. The Centurions come into the outing with a record of 4-0. University City won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Morse (San Diego, CA)
