California High School Volleyball - Horizon Prep can't get by Valley Center

The Valley Center Jaguars edged the visiting Horizon Prep Lions volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Jaguars confront the Southwest EC Eagles (El Centro, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 15. Valley Center will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 5-7 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Holtville (Holtville, CA).

The Lions (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA). The Matadors go into the non-league game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, Mount Miguel nudged School for Entrepreneurship & Technology (San Diego, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
