Mater Dei Monarchs (Santa Ana, CA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Murrieta Mesa Rams (Murrieta, CA), 13-11 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Mater Dei advances its record to 7-1 on the season. The Monarchs travel to Marlborough (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 18. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 7-2. Marlborough won 18-7 in their recent non-league game against Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT)

The Rams now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Murrieta Valley for a Southwestern game on Wednesday, March 19. Murrieta Mesa will play a Nighthawks team coming off a 11-9 league win over Great Oak (Temecula, CA). The Nighthawks record now stands at 7-5.
