New Mexico High School Softball - Rio Grande bounces Manzano

March 15, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87112

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM) and the host Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM), observed Rio Grande's softball team prevail over Manzano by a tally of 29-21.

The Ravens (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Bears go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, La Cueva was routed by La Mirada (La Mirada, CA), 12-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Monarchs clash with the Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 29. Manzano will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record.
