California High School Baseball - San Clemente nips Aliso Niguel

March 16, 2022: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656

San Clemente Tritons (San Clemente, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Aliso Niguel Wolverines (Aliso Viejo, CA), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, San Clemente upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Tritons host Tustin (Tustin, CA) to battle the Tillers in a non-league test on Friday, March 18. The Tillers come into the test with a record of 8-3. Tustin won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Foothill (Santa Ana, CA)

With the defeat, Aliso Niguel falls to 4-9 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA) to battle the Seahawks in a non-league test on Saturday, March 19. The Seahawks come into the test with a record of 7-5. Ocean View lost 8-4 in their recent non-league test against El Dorado (Placentia, CA)
