California High School Volleyball - Helix edged by El Cajon Valley

The El Cajon Valley Braves held off the visiting Helix Highlanders volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's league test.

The Braves now have a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fallbrook for a non-league test on Friday, March 18. El Cajon Valley will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 8-8.

The Highlanders (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Barons enter the non-league test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Bonita Vista was nudged by Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
