Amelia County Raiders (Amelia Court House, VA) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA), 5-3 in a league challenge.

Next, the Raiders confront the Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 22. Amelia County will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Huguenot (Richmond, VA).

The Chargers now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 21. Lunenburg Central will confront a Knights team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Cumberland (Cumberland, VA). The Knights record now stands at 2-0.
