The Cardinals now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mount Miguel for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 18. Hoover will face a Matadors squad coming off a 9-4 non-league win over Kearny (San Diego, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Orange Glen falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Patriots host Tri-City Christian (Vista, CA) to face the Eagles in a Pacific challenge on Wednesday, March 23. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-3. Tri-City Christian won 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against La Jolla Country Day (La Jolla, CA)
